It’s an exciting time at Long Bros. Building Supply! Ace Hardware has some fantastic changes going on with the Paint Department, and if you’ve been in the store recently, you’ll see what’s happening! Ace Hardware has joined forces with Valspar! The all NEW Paint Studio by Ace now includes Valspar paint and an exciting new color line. In March, a team came in and replaced our color racks. We now have a new line of Valspar colors and an updated line of Clark & Kensington colors. Did we mention that Clark & Kensington rates #1 in Consumer Reports? The best paint and primer in one on the market is here at Long Bros.! With all of these upgrades we also updated our color matching system and our paint tinting system! And we can also mix you pint samples of your favorite colors to test on your walls before you purchase a gallon for your next project!
We will be having a Paint Studio Grand Opening Event in conjunction with Ace’s National Grand Opening Event. Watch for the ad coming out in the Woodburn Independent in early May! A small note on the Lil Hammer’s side of things! In April we always do Stepping Stone class. This year class is on April 12! To make things a bit smoother on the concrete pouring side of things, we have changed up the class schedule a little! Classes will now be every 30 minutes, starting at 8:30 a.m. and going until 11:30 a.m. Please see the schedule on the backside of this newsletter for all of the times available. Classes will be limited to about 12 kiddos per class so please make sure to call and reserve a spot to make sure we have enough supplies for everyone.
We were very surprised to see snow this year!! Hopefully everyone stayed warm during this time! As many of you know we postponed our Ladies night because we simply didn’t know how the weather was going to behave. We plan on rescheduling that even soon, we will keep you posted on the next date, and in the mean time we’ve come up with even more fun projects to play with when you’re here! It’s nice to see spring coming around. We’ve seen many of you in preparing for projects or fixing things up from winter! Now is the time to start thinking about those upcoming summer projects! Sprinkler systems, fencing, decks, painting the house, we can help you with all of it! Just stop in for a visit and we can assist in helping with any questions you might have.
