Donation Requests
Long Bros. Building Supply, Inc. strives to be a contributing part of our community.
Our goal is to attempt to satisfy as many of the donation requests that we receive annually. Long Bros. requires at least 30 days’ notice prior to any event or activity so that we can effectively respond to and fulfill requests. Requests are reviewed on the 1st of each month. Because we are not able to contribute to every cause our policy is to focus on contributions to organizations or groups that fit the following area of activity:
- Youth or School Organizations in our local area (Woodburn, Hubbard, St. Paul, Gervais, Aurora and Mt. Angel Areas)
- Community Events (Auctions, Golf Tournament, Holiday Events, etc.)
Generally speaking, we do not contribute to individuals or sponsor individual participation in contests or competitive events. We limit one donation per organization per year.
The following organizations will receive a 10% discount off of their purchases.
- 4-H Members
- FFA Members
- Boy Scout Projects and Activities
We do not support donations or sponsorships unless the funding remains inside our community.
